DONATION REFUND POLICY
1. Introduction
This Donation Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the conditions under which charitable donations made to the Charitable Foundation “Bird of Victory” (the “Foundation”) may be refunded.
The Foundation is a registered non-profit charitable organization operating under the laws of Ukraine.
The Foundation does not sell products or services. All payments made through the Foundation’s website are voluntary charitable donations intended solely to support the Foundation’s charitable activities.

3. Voluntary Nature of Donations
By making a donation through the Foundation’s website, the donor acknowledges and agrees that:
* the donation is made voluntarily;* no goods, products, or services are purchased in exchange for the donation;* the donation is intended to support the charitable purposes of the Foundation;* the donation does not create any contractual right to receive goods, services, or financial compensation.
4. General Refund Policy
As a general rule, all charitable donations are final and non-refundable.
Because donated funds are promptly allocated to charitable programs and operational activities, the Foundation is generally unable to return donations once they have been successfully processed.
9. International Donations
The Foundation accepts donations from Ukraine, the United States of America, and other countries.
International donors are subject to this Policy unless mandatory provisions of the applicable law require otherwise.
10. Changes to this Policy
The Foundation reserves the right to amend this Donation Refund Policy at any time.
The latest version will always be published on the Foundation’s official website.
11. Governing Law
This Donation Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.Charitable donations are voluntary and non-refundable in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations.”Where mandatory legal provisions of another jurisdiction apply to a specific donation, those provisions shall prevail to the extent required by applicable law.
